After that, if you're interested in talking one-on-one with Kate about how coaching can be customized to meet your unique needs and goals, book a free, 45-minute "Introduction to Coaching" call using the booking app below.

You will receive an email confirmation (with instructions for how to reschedule or cancel, if necessary).
Current Clients:
Please choose which session type you would like to book using the booking app below.
Individual clients can choose 45-minute or 60-minute sessions and can book up to 60 days out.
Teams can choose 90-minute or 2 hour sessions and can book up to 90 days out.
I encourage you to book as far in advance as possible to ensure dates and times that work well for your schedule.
